I have been working with residential-focused real estate projects since 2015. In 2018, I founded Mars Real Estate to meet all the needs within the real estate sector.

At Mars Real Estate, I develop residential-focused real estate projects, and I establish and manage sales and marketing systems. I am directly involved in the concept development, pricing, marketing, and sales processes of the projects I work on. I develop land and projects, bringing them to life by securing investors.

I have established a strong real estate network in over 40 countries. We have both projects I have developed and branches of Mars Real Estate located in the USA and Dubai. I closely follow the international real estate sector across four continents and work to bring every new development and trend to our country.

With an awareness of the profound responsibility of homeownership, I aim to help people establish a peaceful life through a secure and transparent process. By building trust and reputation in the real estate sector, I aim to elevate Turkey to a strong position in the global arena.

  1. Şanlıurfa

The place where I truly entered the business world was my family's businesses in Şanlıurfa. I managed a stone quarry, a concrete plant, and hotel operations. However, this was not just an operational process—those years were shaped by the effects of the Syrian civil war, a massive wave of migration, and political turmoil.

The loss of the Syrian market for our stone quarry, the need to develop projects for refugee camps, the crisis created by hundreds of cancellations at our hotel… All of these honed my abilities to think quickly, manage crises, and make strategic decisions in the business world. During this period, I made a decision: I didn't just want to do business; I wanted to be someone who managed change. With this mindset, I invested in Northern Iraq to gain international trade experience, finding an opportunity to experience the region's business dynamics firsthand.

  2. United States

When I went to America, I first worked in natural stone import and sales operations in New Jersey and Philadelphia. Here, I learned B2B sales processes and the dynamics of global trade. Afterward, I stepped into the real estate sector in Los Angeles. As I studied the real estate system in the U.S., I realized something: the processes were transparent, the investor was protected, and the marketing systems worked perfectly. The experience I gained during that time reinforced my idea to later build a structure in Turkey based on trust, transparency, and an investor-friendly approach—elements I felt were lacking.

  3. İstanbul

When I returned to Turkey, I worked on a major urban transformation project in Gaziosmanpaşa, consisting of 1,057 residential and commercial units. This project was my first significant experience where I took an active role in every stage, from official processes and architecture to marketing and sales management. The most important thing I learned here was this: Real estate is not just about constructing a building; it's about establishing an ecosystem. The moment I realized this, I decided to change things in the industry. I wanted to build a structure that made the sector more transparent, reliable, and accessible to international investors.

  4. The Birth of Mars Real Estate

In 2018, I founded Mars Real Estate. My goal was not just to sell residences. I wanted to create a model that secured investor confidence and prioritized transparency and sustainability in the sector. To achieve this, I knew I first needed to understand international investor movements. For its first four years, Mars exclusively marketed and managed the sales of residential projects aimed at foreign investors. During this process:

We took part in over 35 real estate projects.
We helped more than 2,000 investors become property owners in Turkey.
We brought in over 1 billion dollars in investment.
We promoted the Turkish real estate sector in more than 40 countries.
We enabled investors from over 50 countries to invest safely in Turkey.

However, this was not enough. The real estate sector in Turkey is still characterized by uncertainty, disorganization, and distrust. When an investor entered a project under construction, they could not be sure they would receive their home on time. When I founded Mars, I had one principle: I had to build trust in this industry.
